Atrium is seeking a Technology Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for the Technology division. This high-growth role offers uncapped commissions and substantial earning potential in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Holmdel, NJ, the position is hybrid with on-site days and strong client and candidate partnership responsibilities across temporary, temporary-to-permanent and direct-hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business-to-Business staffing, recruiting, or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to work across multiple levels and partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temporary-to-permanent and direct-hire technology positions.
• Source active and passive candidates through postings, networking, and referrals while building a strong pipeline.
• Negotiate salary and pay rates with candidates and maintain candidate records with notes and summaries.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs and support client relationships.
