• Strong networking and referrals leveraging consultants.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with candidates through meetings, networking and referrals.
• Exceed call activity metrics defined with your manager by finding new candidates daily.
• Qualify consultants for quality, availability and deliverability.
• Negotiate pay rates in line with budgeted margins.
• Utilize Eliassen Group systems and gather market intelligence for sales leads.
• Collaborate with account executives to fill job requirements in a trusted two-way relationship.
