Tenth Revolution Group in Dallas is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to placement, for cloud-technology talent. This client-facing, 360 role places top talent with high-value clients and requires building relationships and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor searches.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, salary negotiation, and closing.
