This true full-desk role blends business development, recruiting, account management, and sales, with ESOP ownership and hybrid flexibility after onboarding. Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses create unlimited earning potential.

Formación

• 2+ years of success in Technology or SaaS sales, B2B sales, or staffing/recruiting
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and close deals
• Experience building a book of business and servicing clients

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with hiring managers, directors, VPs and C-level executives
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and social selling
• Deliver consultative staffing solutions to solve hiring challenges
• Build and grow your own portfolio of accounts
