You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop new client relationships, and grow a robust network of energy-sector professionals.

Ideal candidates bring proven 360/full-desk recruiting experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to scale the desk with leadership support.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a 360/full-desk recruiting role.
Strong business development and sales experience.
Background in energy, oil & gas, or a related staffing market.
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something.
Ability to develop new business while delivering for existing clients.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through candidate delivery.
Develop and expand Houston client and candidate networks.
Build and grow a strong client and candidate network in the energy sector.
Collaborate with leadership to shape the direction of the Houston operation.
Drive the contract staffing desk growth in the Houston market.
