Motion Recruitment is seeking a Full Desk Tech Recruiter to run your own desk in our Phoenix office, with opportunities across North America. You will partner with clients to place top tech talent and grow a successful placement portfolio.

This role blends sales and recruiting, offering extensive training, a clear path to commissions, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing mentorship in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but is not a requirement.
• Ideal candidate should share experiences of teamwork, leadership, and relationship-building.
• Candidates should be highly ambitious, hard-working, and goal-driven with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full-desk, sourcing candidates and managing client relationships.
• Open new client accounts using sales best practices and Motion’s brand.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customers leveraging the local market team.
• Guide processes from sourcing to hiring with Motion’s placement guides and mentorship.
