Qualifications

• In-depth recruiting experience preferred but not required, with strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop leads, pitch opportunities to candidates, and grow client relationships.
• Ambitious, hard‑working individuals who thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full-desk recruiting practice, collaborating with clients and candidates to close roles.
• Source and target new candidates and clients using company programs.
• Open new client accounts and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Support end-to-end process from sourcing to hiring with guidance from a local market team.
• Engage with the tech community through events and Motion’s training programs.
