EliseAI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles in San Francisco, helping build out our engineering team from the ground up. You will partner with engineering leadership to craft creative sourcing strategies and manage candidate outreach from prescreen to offer.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter focusing on technical roles.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills & creative candidate engagement techniques.
• Excitement about helping build and scale engineering in SF from an early stage.
• Ability to adapt outreach strategies based on hiring trends and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation.
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture.
• Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, events).
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles.
• Grow EliseAI's engineering presence in SF through local networking, events, and community engagement.
• Lead candidate outreach, prescreening calls, and guide candidates through interviews.
