Motion Recruitment – A Kelly Company is seeking a full-desk Tech Recruiter in our Chicago office. You will work with clients and candidates to fill open positions, sourcing and closing roles with support from a dedicated local market team.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to share experiences of teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full desk, working with clients and candidates.
• Target new candidates and clients using Motion’s sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts leveraging Motion’s brand and best practices.
• Build relationships with customers using a local market team.
• Manage sourcing through to hiring with Motion’s guides and mentorship.
