Job summary

Motion Recruitment – A Kelly Company is hiring a full-desk Tech Recruiter in our Uptown Charlotte office with opportunities across North America. You will run a full desk, partnering with clients and candidates to fill open tech roles and build a successful placement portfolio.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills and high ambition, hard-working, goal-driven.
• Comfort with developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, acquiring new client relationships, and thriving in a metrics-oriented environment.
• A 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full desk, working with clients and candidates to succeed.
• Target new candidates and clients using Motion’s market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales practices and Motion’s brand guidance.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customers with the support of a local market team.
• Manage the sourcing-to-hiring process using Motion’s placement guides and mentorship.
• Engage with the tech community through events and Motion’s meetups.
• Participate in extensive training with 150+ courses to build recruitment expertise.
