Motion Recruitment – A Kelly Company in Chicago seeks a Full-Desk Tech Recruiter to drive tech placements. You will run a full desk, coordinate with clients and candidates, and build a strong local market presence with support from a dedicated team.

You will access extensive training, collaborate across a structured program, and aim for unlimited earning potential through base plus bonus after a proven start.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to share examples of teamwork, leadership and relationship building.
• Strong communication skills and ambitious, goal-driven mindset.
• Comfort with developing leads and pitching opportunities in a metrics-driven environment.
• 4-year college degree or honorable military discharge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your full desk, working with clients and candidates to succeed.
• Target new candidates and clients using market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts leveraging Motion’s brand and reputation.
• Build trustful relationships with customers via local market teams.
• Guide processes from sourcing to hire with placement guides and mentorship.
• Engage with the tech community through Motion’s Tech in Motion events.
• Participate in extensive training with 150+ courses.
