Job summary

Motion Recruitment – A Kelly Company in Boston is seeking a full-desk Tech Recruiter to join a fast-paced, client-facing team. You’ll own your desk, sourcing candidates and closing positions with a dedicated local market team beside you.

This role blends sales and recruiting, offers a starting base salary plus bonus with commissions, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and extensive training through Motion's curriculum.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Ideal candidate can share examples of teamwork, leadership, and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with developing leads, pitching opportunities, and building client relationships.
• A 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full-desk recruiting portfolio, working with clients and candidates.
• Source new candidates and clients using Market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales practices and Motion's brand.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customers with support from a local market team.
• Guide candidates and clients through sourcing to hire using placement guides and mentorship.
• Engage with the tech community via events such as Tech in Motion and onboarding trainings.
