Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, is hiring an Entry-Level Full-Desk Tech Recruiter in NYC. You’ll learn to recruit tech talent and develop sales and business development skills, with mentorship and a structured onboarding program.

Based in the Graybar Building, you will work in the office 5 days a week across North America, with a starting salary of $50,000 and uncapped commission potential. No prior recruiting experience required.

• Attend networking events, including Tech in Motion community events.
• Learn from experienced recruiters and sales leaders through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Grow your own book of business with the support of an experienced local team.
