Motion Recruitment - A Kelly Company in Atlanta is seeking a full-desk Tech Recruiter to build a growing tech placement portfolio with a dedicated team. You will work with clients and candidates to fill open positions, running your own desk across North America.

You will leverage market research, sourcing programs, and a strong relationship network to drive successful hires. Training, mentorship, and a clear commission path support ongoing performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Comfort with developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, and cultivating client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full-desk bringing in clients and candidates.
• Source candidates and clients using market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts and build long-lasting relationships.
• Guide candidates and clients through the hiring process with expertise.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to grow professionally.
