Job summary

Dirac is hiring a Recruiter to assemble the next generation of Dirac. You will work across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and inbound management through screening, interview coordination, closing, and recruiting operations.

You will recruit individual contributors across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and GTM while helping build the systems and talent pipelines required to scale. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand what great looks like, take ownership

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing and placing talent into high-growth technology startups.
• Ability to identify AAA-caliber candidates, not simply generate pipeline volume.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound sourcing tools.
• Hands-on experience operating an ATS and maintaining disciplined recruiting data - this is a must-have.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tools and a track record of using them to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to recruit across Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, and GTM; high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source exceptional candidates through outbound campaigns, communities, events, and other sourcing channels
• Own inbound candidate management across open roles
• Screen candidates and assess experience, motivation, communication, trajectory, and fit
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define the talent bar and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Coordinate interviews, onsite loops, scheduling, and candidate logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline stages, notes, and reporting within our ATS
• Support references, offers, closing, and pre-onboarding
• Build relationships with universities and student organizations and attend recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
• Improve recruiting processes, systems, tooling, and operational efficiency as we scale
