Job summary

Dirac is hiring a Recruiter to assemble the next generation of Dirac. You will work across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and inbound management through screening, interview coordination, closing, and recruiting operations.

You will recruit individual contributors across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and GTM while helping build the systems and talent pipelines required to scale. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand what great looks like, take ownership

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing and placing talent into high-growth technology startups.
• Ability to identify AAA-caliber candidates, not simply generate pipeline volume.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound sourcing tools.
• Hands-on experience operating an ATS and maintaining disciplined recruiting data - this is a must-have.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tools and a track record of using them to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to recruit across Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, and GTM; high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source exceptional candidates through outbound campaigns, communities, events, and other sourcing channels
• Own inbound candidate management across open roles
• Screen candidates and assess experience, motivation, communication, trajectory, and fit
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define the talent bar and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Coordinate interviews, onsite loops, scheduling, and candidate logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline stages, notes, and reporting within our ATS
• Support references, offers, closing, and pre-onboarding
• Build relationships with universities and student organizations and attend recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
• Improve recruiting processes, systems, tooling, and operational efficiency as we scale

Dirac is building the creative suite for manufacturing engineering. Manufacturing engineering has been underserved by fractured tooling. The work of defining how a product gets built is spread across process plans, MBOMs, routings, work instructions, spreadsheets, PLM configurations, ERP tables, and internal tools. Each artifact represents only part of the process, forcing engineers to rebuild context whenever a design changes.

BuildOS brings these workflows together in one environment. Manufacturing engineers author, version, review, and distribute the Build-the canonical definition of how a product is produced.

The Company

The Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to help assemble the next generation of Dirac. You'll work across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and inbound management through screening, interview coordination, closing, and recruiting operations. You'll recruit individual contributors across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and GTM while helping build the systems and talent pipelines required to scale. What We're Looking For

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound sourcing tools
• Hands-on experience operating an ATS and maintaining disciplined recruiting data - this is a must-have
• Strong understanding of modern AI tools and a track record of using them to improve speed, quality, and efficiencyExperience proactively sourcing talent rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants
• Ability to recruit across technical and non-technical functions, particularly Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, and GTM
• Strong judgment and the ability to quickly distinguish exceptional candidates from average ones
• High agency and autonomy - you are comfortable operating without hand-holding
• Ability to take an ambiguous hiring problem, build a plan, and execute independently
• Excited to join an early team and help scale the recruiting function

New York Pay Range

$90,000 - $110,000 USD
