Expo is a distributed, remote-first company building mobile AI infrastructure used by developers. We are hiring a hands-on Recruiter to partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A to define exceptional talent and close top candidates.

You’ll build proactive sourcing, design interview processes, and help onboarding and lightweight people systems as we grow. You’ll report to People Operations and help maintain a high talent bar with autonomy and craft.

• Experience recruiting technical talent at a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to build proactive sourcing and hiring processes.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit exceptional people across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A.
• Source, assess, and close candidates for our top roles.
• Build a proactive sourcing engine to reach passive candidates.
• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and success metrics.
• Design interview formats, competencies, and disqualifiers.
• Improve interviews to reveal authentic ability and judgment.
• Build relationships with exceptional people before a role opens.
• Collaborate on onboarding and lightweight people systems.
