Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions, a Phoenix-based technology firm, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead 10-20 person teams across technology projects for our credit union clients. You will apply EPMO processes, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate internal and vendor resources in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Business or IT (or related), 5+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with all staff and management levels.
• Leadership of medium-sized project teams and meetings.
• Ability to prioritize and manage cross-functional work.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with HP ALM and Atlassian JIRA; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across the organization, including technology projects.
• Lead project teams (10-20 people) and manage outcomes with partners.
• Document objectives, scope, requirements, milestones, and costs.
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and report to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, agendas, and action-item tracking.
• Mentor EPMO team and pursue process improvements.
