Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions, a fast-growing tech company, seeks a Project Manager II for hybrid work in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage multiple complex projects, lead teams of 10–20, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.

You will mentor the EPMO team, align with client requirements, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices while staying abreast of new trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years in project management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience leading medium-sized project teams and meetings.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Document objectives, scope, requirements, milestones, and costs with stakeholders.
• Track risk, issues, decisions, and action items across projects.
• Lead project team meetings and distribute agendas/minutes.
• Mentor EPMO team and drive process improvements.
• Stay current on PM trends and contribute to professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
