Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ, and requires strong leadership and communication to drive project outcomes across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methods, and proficiency with HP ALM and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills with all staff and management.
• Leadership of medium-sized project teams.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with HP ALM and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Document objectives, scope, requirements, milestones, and costs.
• Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders; manage risks and issues.
• Lead project team meetings and prepare agendas and notes.
• Mentor EPMO team and contribute to process improvements.
• Stay current on project management trends and pursue self-development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
