Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Project Manager II to manage enterprise technology projects in a hybrid Phoenix, AZ setting. You will lead project teams of 10–20 people and coordinate with internal and external partners under EPMO guidelines to deliver outcomes.

You will document objectives, scope, milestones and costs; monitor progress, run meetings, and mentor the EPMO team while staying current with PM trends and best practices for financial institution clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) with all levels.
• Ability to lead medium-sized project teams and meetings.
• Attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize work within time constraints.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with HP ALM and Atlassian JIRA.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects across the organization, including technology projects.
• Document objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, schedule and cost estimates.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations, demonstrations and negotiations.
• Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders; manage risks and issues.
• Prepare for and lead project team meetings; create agendas and notes.
• Mentor the EPMO team and contribute to process improvement.
