Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Ability to lead medium-sized project teams and meetings.
• Attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize under time constraints.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methods.
• Experience with HP ALM and JIRA.
• PMP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document objectives, scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, schedule and cost estimates.
• Monitor progress, manage risk and issues, and report to stakeholders.
• Lead project team meetings with agendas and notes.
• Mentor EPMO team and promote process improvement.
• Stay current with project management trends and self-development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
