Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the CTO Transformation, Strategy & Operations organization.

You will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution, partnering with engineering, finance and business teams to improve planning, management and scaling of technology services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to understand system architecture, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Experience partnering with engineering and technical teams to drive plans and outcomes.
• Strong judgment and communication skills in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Finance/FP&A related to budgeting or cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy to execution with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and outcomes.
• Support financial strategy and operational planning for Central Technology, including budgeting and cost transparency.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure to identify cloud cost optimization and drive measurable savings.
• Drive operational excellence by building scalable processes, governance, dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI-enabled solutions and process automation tools.
• Translate initiatives into execution plans and business cases for technical and executive audiences.
• Support cloud migration, enterprise systems transformation, tooling modernization and governance.
