Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the CTO Transformation, Strategy & Operations organization in Nashville.

You will drive complex technology programs from strategy to execution, collaborating with engineering, finance, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will translate initiatives into plans, manage risks, and contribute to cloud migration, governance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to understand system architecture, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to drive plans and outcomes.
• Strong judgment and communication skills in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, or FP&A in tech

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution with milestones and risk management.
• Support financial strategy and operational planning for Central Technology, including cost transparency and budgeting.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure to optimize cloud costs and drive savings.
• Drive operational excellence with scalable processes, governance, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency.
• Translate roadmaps into executable plans and measurable outcomes for technical and executive audiences.
