Job summary

You will help drive business and operational effectiveness across engineering, finance and business teams, translating initiatives into executable plans and measurable outcomes. You will manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and leveraging AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to understand system architecture, dependencies, and risks.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to drive plans and outcomes.
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Finance/FP&A budgeting, forecasting or cost processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution.
• Support financial strategy and operational planning within Central Technology.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering and Infra to optimize cloud cost and efficiency.
• Drive governance, dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows with AI-enabled solutions.
