Job summary

Braven seeks an Associate Director, Technical Project Management to lead a portfolio within the Systems Team across Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and Newark. You’ll drive complex technical projects from planning through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineering, data operations, and product management.

The role emphasizes standard project management practices, backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reporting, and continuous process improvement, with a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of demonstrated excellence in cross-functional project or program management within a technical function.
• Experience with Jira project management tool.
• Experience with agile methodologies and specifically, Scrum and Kanban

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects across multiple domains with varying scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Own backlog refinement and keep Jira groomed.
• Coordinate release planning and go/no-go decisions.
• Prepare regular status reports for domain stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers.
