Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
• Strong grounding in SDLC, Agile methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS), microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD/DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to plan, manage risks, track dependencies, and govern programs.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from planning to post-implementation review.
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business.
• Identify dependencies and blockers; establish governance, reporting, and execution standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership on roadmaps and KPIs; track operational metrics.
• Champion Agile delivery and improve developer productivity and engineering velocity.
• Translate complex concepts into executive-level, data-driven communications.
