Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Project Management to lead cross-functional, technical initiatives within the Systems Team across multiple offices (Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Newark).

The role reports to the Senior Director, Systems Strategy and Operations and emphasizes disciplined project delivery, stakeholder communication, and process improvement in a supported nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cross-functional project or program management within a technical function.
• Experience with Jira project management tool.
• Experience with agile methodologies and specifically Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for Systems Team scrums.
• Own backlog refinement, keep Jira groomed, stories well-defined, and sprints ready to pull.
• Coordinate release planning and facilitate go/no-go decisions across technical teams.
• Prepare regular status reports for domain stakeholders and Systems leadership.
