Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Project Management to lead cross-functional, domain-specific projects within the Systems Team. You will partner with Engineering, Data Operations, and Digital Product Management to ensure a standard PM methodology across initiatives.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Systems Strategy and Operations, with in-person work across Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and Newark, NJ, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in cross-functional project or program management within a technical function.
• Experience with Jira project management tool.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage domain-specific cross-functional projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for Systems Team scrums.
• Refine backlog, groom Jira, define stories, and prep sprints.
