Job summary

Braven, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Project Management to lead cross-functional projects within the Systems Team spanning Engineering, Data Ops, and Digital Product Management.

You will guide complex technical work to deliver high-impact outcomes aligned with Braven’s mission. The role reports to the Senior Director, Systems Strategy and Operations and emphasizes delivering on schedule, coordinating with stakeholders, and refining delivery processes for scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cross-functional project or program management in a technical function.
• Experience with Jira project management tool.
• Experience with agile methodologies and specifically Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects of varying size and technical level.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for Systems Team scrums.
• Own backlog refinement and ensure stories are well-defined and ready for sprints.
