Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in Rent Manager scripting and custom automation.
• Troubleshoot scripting questions, software functionality, and technical issues for customers.
• Help customers understand scripting concepts, troubleshoot customizations, and resolve software-related problems.
• Answer customer questions by phone with clear, professional technical guidance.
• Take ownership of assigned support cases and follow through until resolved.
• Use internal docs and team support to research and resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain daily productivity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
