Latitude seeks a Technical Product Lead to own the product function end-to-end, from roadmap to launches, directly with the founders. This is an hands-on role with real customers moving real money, an experienced engineering team, and a large backlog.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in product, with technical ownership for real users.
• Domain expertise in cross-border payments, rails, crypto, treasury, identity/compliance.
• Experience shipping API-first or developer-facing products.
• Comfort in regulated environments and working with compliance/legal inputs.
• Strong writing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap across corridors, rails, and platform capabilities.
• Run discovery with technical customers and translate to precise specs.
• Define core platform surfaces for payment orchestration, ledgering, payout, and APIs.
• Turn new regulatory requirements into product decisions with clear tradeoffs.
• Manage partner-facing product work with banks and fintech partners.
• Set the product bar for launches and clear communication.
