Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
• Strong backend development and distributed systems.
• Ability to drive initiatives and make architecture decisions.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to solve infra and financial challenges.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards.
• Influence architectural decisions as the platform scales.
