Latitude is seeking a GTM Lead in New York to own and close new business end-to-end. You will source, qualify, build a technical case, negotiate, and close deals with enterprise buyers in cross-border payments and crypto infrastructure.

You’ll operate without a dedicated SDR team, shaping the commercial motion and leveraging your network across fintech and crypto. Represent Latitude at conferences and partner meetings nationwide.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in enterprise or platform sales with a documented record of closing new logos.
• Domain expertise in cross-border payments, crypto on/off ramps or infra, FX, domestic payment rails, and card issuing/acquiring.
• Technical fluency; run a technical discovery call without an engineer in the room and leverage AI tools in sales.
• Real network; relationships across fintechs, neobanks, marketplaces, PSPs, remittance companies, and crypto platforms.
• Hunter mentality; pipeline development with limited support functions.
• Gravitas; ability to command a room with founders/CFOs and be taken seriously.
• Startup experience; previously joined small, fast-growing teams with limited collateral.
• Strong writing; proposals, follow-ups, and deal memos that build the buyer’s case.

Responsabilidades

• Own new business: source, qualify, and close; carry a pipeline you built yourself.
• Sell to technical buyers; discuss APIs, settlement timing, corridor coverage, FX pricing, and compliance.
• Leverage your network across fintech, marketplaces, and crypto.
• Shape the commercial motion: pricing, terms, ICP, and what a repeatable deal looks like.
• Drive product feedback; influence roadmap and partner strategy.
• Represent Latitude externally at conferences, panels, and partner meetings.
