Fin is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team. You will guide products from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement, spanning user research, product definition, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and post-launch iteration.

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of global money movement, working with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver seamless product experiences across high-value, instant transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience taking products from 0→1 or scaling to market fit.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, operators, sales and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
• Bias toward action, moving fast and handling ambiguity.
