Job summary

Office Depot stores are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings. You will train associates, manage daily operations, and ensure a high-performing sales culture aligned with Office Depot 5C values.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage, plus external key carrier responsibilities. A customer-centric mindset and strong selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related retail, sales, and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Technology and Print, including use of relevant POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of trust, brand loyalty and exceptional client service delivery.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to store associates, including Print Services associates.
• Identify areas for improvement, ensure loss prevention compliance and maintain merchandising standards.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties and external key carrier responsibilities.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective conversion and AOV initiatives.
