Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to guide customers through products, technology, services, furniture and print offerings. You will build relationships, drive sales, and maintain store standards while supporting training and a positive culture aligned with 5C values.

You may perform Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, including opening/closing and cash-related tasks, contributing to a safe, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services to support store sales and Print Services orders.
• Process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures and visual standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and coaching of associates to improve service.
• Open/close responsibilities and loss prevention compliance as needed.
