Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Partner Solutions Engineering to drive the technology strategy for our most strategic partnerships, including hyperscalers and AI labs. You will shape joint technical roadmaps, architecture, and co-innovation programs, serving as the technical lead across a portfolio of strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
- 7–10 years in solutions engineering, enterprise architecture or technical partnerships.
- Experience building and scaling technical solutions in enterprise software, cloud or AI.
- Deep understanding of AI and cloud ecosystems and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data platforms.
- Strong architectural thinking balancing customer needs and platform strategy.
- Executive presence with communication to senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to lead initiatives in ambiguity.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and developer ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for a portfolio of strategic partnerships.
- Define joint technical vision, architecture, and multi-year co-innovation roadmaps.
- Translate strategy into execution with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- Drive architecture for AI, data, and cloud integrations across platforms.
- Identify opportunities and influence partnership strategy and investments.
- Represent Salesforce in executive partner engagements and design reviews.
- Develop reference architectures and best practices for partnerships.
- Influence senior leaders to align roadmaps and remove blockers.
- Advise Business Development and Partner Management with technical expertise.
