Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs underwriting analysis to determine acceptability of risk for renewal and new business within assigned authority.
• Handles endorsements within delegated authority and coordinates with underwriter for actions.
• Manages assigned renewal book and triages applications with recommended next steps.
• Acts as liaison within CNA to resolve issues (billing, risk control, guidance).
• Documents files ensuring completeness and compliance (proposals, endorsements, cancellations).
• Executes on pricing strategy and documents pricing rationale.
• Completes quote proposals and negotiates with external partners within authority.
• Interacts with producers/customers on account matters and identifies up-sell opportunities.
• Assists in marketing CNA products and services through external partners and field visits.
• Serves as a resource on systems and workflows and provides training and feedback.
