Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property and Casualty underwriting and related processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management.

• Experience advising and coaching others in underwriting context.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite risk for renewal and new business within delegated authority.
• Handle endorsements and pricing proposals; document decisions.
• Triages renewal applications and communicates changes to underwriters.
• Collaborate with branch and CNA teams on billing, risk control, and guidance.
• Maintain complete, compliant files and pricing rationale.
• Serve as first-line contact to producers and customers on accounts.
