Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwriting analysis and documentation to determine acceptability of risk within authority.
• Handle endorsements within delegated authority and request missing information as needed.
• Manage renewal book within authority and triage applications with actions for underwriter.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve billing, risk control, and guidance needs.
• Document files to ensure completeness, compliance, and quality of correspondence, proposals, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
• Execute pricing strategies using business unit tools and document rationale.
• Complete quote proposals and negotiate with external partners within authority.
• Be the first-line contact to producers/customers on account matters and identify upsell opportunities.
• Assist in marketing CNA products through external partners and field visits.
• Provide training and problem solving support as a resource to others.
• Stay current on line of business strategy, state/territory issues, regulations and trends.
