Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically a minimum of three years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite risk for renewal and new business within limited authority.
• Handle endorsements within delegated authority and refer outside as needed.
• Triage renewal applications and outline next steps for accounts outside authority.
• Collaborate with branch and CNA to resolve issues (billing, risk control, guidance).
• Document files ensuring completeness, compliance and quality.
• Execute pricing strategy and document pricing rationale.
• Complete quote proposals and negotiate with external partners.
• Serve as first-line contact to producers/customers on account matters.
