Job summary
Purpose Brands is seeking a Manager, Implementation to lead Technical Operations readiness for new products, applications, locations, and country launches. You will direct Tech Ops Implementation Specialists, coordinating with offshore support and training teams from planning through to launch, hypercare, stabilization, and handoff.
The role ensures readiness with evidence and acceptance by owners. You will apply AI-enabled planning, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict adherence to
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology support ops, implementation, or tech delivery, incl. 2+ years leading workstreams or teams.
- Proven ability to develop readiness plans, validate support scenarios, and complete handoffs.
- Experience managing concurrent transitions with milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.
Responsibilities
- Own technical-operations readiness for new products, locations, and launches.
- Translate rollout plans into support processes, coverage, and escalation paths.
- Validate prerequisites, configurations, access, and data-transition dependencies.
- Lead readiness reviews with owners, test scenarios, and defect tracking.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, training, and launch communications.
- Triage issues during hypercare and coordinate handoffs to receiving teams.
