Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to connect Engineering, Product, and Operations as our platform scales. You will turn business goals into technical milestones and align EPD with Operations and Implementation objectives so delivery remains seamless.

You will orchestrate large initiatives, translate customer needs into requirements, and manage interdependencies across core systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana etc.) and documentation software (Confluence, Notion).
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills; you use data to drive decisions and measure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale initiatives with roadmaps and milestones across teams.
• Translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements; rollout features to stakeholders.
• Map interdependencies between infrastructure and customer workflows; identify bottlenecks early.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and technical risks; balance speed and technical debt.
• Provide clear updates to leadership on program health, resources, and KPIs.
