Job summary

Covetrus is seeking an Associate Technical Operations Specialist to install and configure software on client machines and coordinate large-scale installations. Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support or computer science.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software and applications on client machines.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete large-scale installation initiatives.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
  • Resolve data issues affecting partner applications.
  • Deliver technical information and training to clients and partners.
  • Maintain detailed case notes and manage a personal ticket queue.
  • Contribute to team documentation and collaborate with leadership.
  • Assist with training of new team members through shadowing and demonstrations.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on new team member performance.
  • Coordinate with leadership to prioritize strategic partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional written and verbal communication.
