Job summary

CUTEK is seeking a Product Technician to install, configure, and maintain our software systems in client environments. You will diagnose production issues, gather client requirements, and communicate findings to the development team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Good understanding of Web API/RESTful concepts (JSON/XML).
• Experience working in Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.
• Basic understanding of IT network and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CUTEK software systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Gather requirements and technical details from clients to assist the development team.
• Investigate software defects and document findings with clear reproduction steps.
• Perform database queries and basic data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other team members to resolve customer issues.
• Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal procedures.
• Continuously improve support processes and contribute to operational best practices.
