Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. in Irvine is seeking a Technology Support II to monitor and support cloud-hosted SaaS applications within Healthcare Payments. You will triage incidents, investigate exceptions, and work with technology and business teams to restore service quickly while improving monitoring and workflows.

You will apply AI-assisted practices, validate AI outputs, and communicate clearly with partners to maintain high availability and minimize customer impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in application operations, production support, or system integration and support.
• 2+ years of SQL experience, querying and reporting against Oracle databases.
• Ability to read, understand and apply technical specifications and procedures.
• Experience investigating issues using logs, metrics, and production signals.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor healthcare transaction processing apps to ensure stable day-to-day performance.
• Triage issues escalated by service teams and coordinate timely resolution with partners.
• Research and remediate processing exceptions to reduce operational risk.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to speed up triage and hypothesis generation with validation.
• Monitor production components to meet SLAs and ensure high availability.
• Follow runbooks to support end-to-end service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with partners and customers through clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, monitoring, and workflows.
• Produce ad hoc SQL/Oracle reports to support business needs.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for resiliency and security.
