Qualifications

• Hands-on IT professional with 2–5 years in IT support or desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and email.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, access, and software licensing.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain computers, mobile devices, periperal systems across multiple locations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and related subscriptions, licensing, upgrades, and access issues.
• Support network, Wi‑Fi, telecommunications, and security systems across offices, properties, and centers.
• Maintain IT security controls and assist in identifying cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate third-party vendors, service providers, and IT expenditures.
• Assist with IT projects, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
• Support evaluation and adoption of AI tools to improve workflows securely.
• Lead or assist on other IT initiatives as needed.
