Job summary

CBRE is seeking a D&T Operations Consultant to provide technical expertise and guidance to support the daily operations of complex technology systems. You will collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

The role focuses on optimizing configurations, conducting assessments, and contributing to technology roadmaps while documenting procedures and training end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring and measuring performance is preferred.
• Ability to convey complex information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams toward operational targets across disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, cloud computing, data analytics and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and optimize system configurations for performance and availability.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on new technologies and system updates.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including user guides and notes.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate and manage service level agreements and contracts.
• Conduct technical audits to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply knowledge to drive business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process automation.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education.
