Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

  • Leadership skills to motivate teams toward operational targets across disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, cloud computing, data analytics and cybersecurity.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply knowledge to drive business value.

About The Role

As a CBRE D&T Operations Consultant, you will providetechnical expertise and guidance to support the daily operations of complextechnology systems. This role is part of the D&T Support job function, responsible for providing technical support and solutions to internal users.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolvetechnical issues affecting business operations

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training,development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewardingperformance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated,and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broadoperational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple jobdisciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products andtechnical skills in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, andcybersecurity.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advancedinquisitive mindset.
